The Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament in Detroit is inviting local residents to join a community effort dubbed "Neighborhood Cleanup – Round 2."

According to the announcement, the cleanup event is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on July 23 for what promises to be a "fun and productive service day!" The event invite says that all volunteers will meet in the cathedral parking lot located at 9844 Woodward Ave. in Detroit.

Volunteers will receive a free lunch provided by National Coney Island. Equipment will be provided but volunteers are welcome to bring additional gardening tools if they wish.
