Meet Pat: Our Coordinator of Pastoral Care

Pat Goetz has been a parishioner at St. Joseph’s since 1974 and has worked here since 2005! She loves supporting people when they need it the most. Her ministry is particularly special to her because when her husband was sick and dying, the community greatly supported her. She felt as though she wasn’t alone, which was very powerful.

You'll see Pat every week assisting with daily Masses, supporting families with funerals, leading book clubs, grief groups, Lenten Renewal groups, Prayer Shawl team, Stephen Ministry, St. Joe's Reps, and book/card clubs. Pat's greatest passion is being available for one-on-one meetings, nursing home visits, hospital ministry, and just being a listening presence to those in need. We are so grateful for the gifts that Pat offers us every day!
