For the fourth year in a row, the Academy of Holy Angels in Richfield was named one of the Top 150 Workplaces in Minnesota by the Star Tribune.
The Catholic coed college prep high school was chosen based on employee opinions, Academy of Holy Angels reported on its website. The Star Tribune measured organizational health, engagement and satisfaction of employees at each of the workplaces.
More than 76,000 employees at public, private and nonprofit organizations in Minnesota were surveyed.
“We are honored to receive recognition as one of the Top 150 Workplaces for the fourth year in a row," Academy of Holy Angels President Tom Shipley wrote on the school website. “What is especially gratifying is that this award reflects the feelings of our employees who take the time to express their positive attitudes about the AHA work environment."
The school has been accredited since 1933, with its current accreditation through AvancED.
